This is a beautiful quiet campsite in Arradon near to Vannes, Brittany. We stayed for one week in early June 2023. The grass pitches are very generous in an old orchard. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when we had a problem with our electrics. The swimming pool area was very clean, both indoor and outdoor pools. The small harbour had a few small eating places and is just a few minutes in the car (with good parking) and about ten minutes walk. I cannot comment on the food on site as it was low season so the restaurant wasn’t open.
We will definitely stay here again.

showers and loos adequate, not all open despite site being quite full. No soap dispenser in loos either so you need to take your own, this surprised me considering the pandemic.
nice pitch, fairly level and some shade, well maintained hedges between too.
could do with more water points, the one nearest us was very inconveniently placed it meant we blocked the road when we went over to fill up.
really good walks very nearby and the coastline is stunning. Shopping good, excellent SuperU 5 mins away by car.
Very noisy at night though, lots of shouting and laughing past midnight. also there is a circus nearby with incredibly loud public address and booming music. whether this is permanent or just for the few days we were here I don’t know.

this for me is one of the loveliest sites we have visited in all our travels around Europe, superb site , small quiet friendly and an amazing swimming pool and spa area, amongst apple trees , 15 minutes to the coast , Arradon is truly beautiful, good facilities on site showers ect, even sell their own cider , our second visit will certainly be back, tres born,

This isn’t a level site with over half the pitches sloping, some quite significantly. There are no toilet seats or toilet paper, which isn’t uncommon on French sites.

The issue we had was with the number of facilities open. One block was completely closed leaving a block of four toilets and showers unless you wanted to use the outside showers, which were quite chilli. The pool and showers in the pool block and bar were made available when the site was nearly full for Ascension day weekend when it was very busy and quite noisy. We were woken at 6.30 by the neighbours crying baby. At other times we think this would be a nice peaceful site.

We found the lady on reception to be quite stern but perhaps that was due to us not being fluent French speakers.

Would we stay again? Possibly but we would checkout other sites in the area too.
