Superb location to explore Carnac Alignements, plus cycling around coast near Carnac.. Very friendly and helpful owners.

A lovely friendly little site where campers of all different nationalities stop for a chat.

Staff are friendly & helpful & speak good English (to counterbalance our appalling French). When we booked, we were told by email to arrive after 2pm but arrived to find that they don\'t open until after 2.30pm (at least it meant that we were at the front of the queue).

Pitches are a little on the small side & the the tree lined roadway is rather narrow (rather hair raising watching large A class motorhomes come in). There is a one way system round the site, although the road is so narrow the we\'d have struggled to negotiate round the tree next to our pitch & there is a sharp left turn at the bottom. As a result, we simply ignored the one way system when we left & carefully drove the wrong way. To be fair, everyone else did the same when they left & in the morning there isn\'t any traffic coming through the site in that direction. Ignore the rules - it\'s the French way.

Sanitation block is a little dated but perfectly functional & kept very clean.

Site is perfectly located for visiting the alignments on foot or walking into Carnac. Also ideal for cycling to St Trinité or Quiberon.
