gem of a site, friendly welcome, spotlessly clean, would use again. the only down side was due to recent heavy rain we opted for the last hard standing pitch which was in shade most of the day, no one’s fault though.

Our second visit to this lovely site. Very hot and thankful for a shady pitch. Toilet facilities are plentiful and I was grateful for access to disabled facilities which fully met my needs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

This campsite is one of my favourites ever. Great welcome, English spoken if needed. Lovely pitches separated by hedges, beautifully clean sanitaires with loo roll and hand sanitiser. Nice snack bar with chips and pizzas available, and great free WiFi that actually works! In a beautiful location; just perfect.

A gem of a campsite with really friendly and helpful staff who spoke English.
There was a small bar but no restaurant although takeaway meals were available some evenings. Bread was available to order daily and some basics were available at reception. The village was less than a mile from the site with a baker and quite well stocked supermarket selling fresh meat,fruit,veg and a good selection of wine.
Facilities were really clean and the site quiet. There were a few walking trails close by. Only stayed two nights on our journey south but would definately reccomend and use again.

We stayed on this site for one night south avoiding major city. Reception very efficient with friendly staff we were advised of available pitches and then free to choose. Sanitary facilities of a high standard. Would visit again to explore area.

lovely campsite quiet good walks and cycle paths although we didn’t seen Amy beavers. vet super friendly and 5 min cycle from site. only problem we had was that it rained heavily for 24 hrs so not much fun. highly recommend

Stayed here 4 nights. excellent staff so friendly and helpful. facilities great and pitch was well kept and large. had a good relaxing time would highly recommend.

Really nice site right on the lake which as it’s own man made beach good for children nice walk into the village toilet facilities very nice and clean staff very helpful

Dropped a star on toilet facilities as don’t feel there are enough toilets and showers for the size of the site. But they ARE kept very clean and the water is hot. Toilet paper and soap provided.
We planned on staying for 1 night, but stayed for 5. It really is a gem of a site. Receptionists are very friendly and welcoming and speak excellent English. There is a Proxi in the village, less than a kilometre walk and despite it’s size seemed to sell everything. Opposite to Proxi is a lovely boulangerie, although bread and pastries can be ordered from reception. There are numerous walks and cycle rides to explore from the site. All the pitches were of a good size and separated by hedges and there were plenty of electric points and taps scattered around. The motorhome service point was near the entrance and was for emptying only as there was no tap. Please be aware that reception is closed between 12 noon and 2pm. We shall, I’m sure, return.

We stayed on this campsite for 3 nights. Good sized individual pitches. Good clean facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Bread available daily from reception. The on site chip shop was open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday whilst we were here. A very peaceful and rural location, with nice local walks. There is a good small supermarket and boulangerie in Buzancy which is 20 mins walk from the campsite. A very good vet in Buzancy as well, which the campsite staff booked for our dog for our return journey to the UK. We would definitely recommend this campsite.
